Shipping and return policies for Nice World

Shipping Info

Sonoma County: If you live close by to one of us, we might be able to deliver your package to your doorstep ourselves, within a few days of placing your order. Otherwise, we'll ship it through USPS.

United States: We will ship your order out within 7 days and then delivery will happen on USPS/UPS/FedEx terms. We ship orders through USPS, or whatever the best service is to ship to your address. When available, we will include a shipping tracking number for you. If we recieve multiple orders at once going to the same address and the same person, we will combine your orders into 1 package when possible (unless you contact us requesting otherwise).

If we end up running out of an item-- say we sold out of a shirt design at a concert-- we will notify you ASAP, cancel the order and refund you.

Rest of the world: We are currently only taking orders within the United States. If you place an order to an address outside the US, we will cancel the order and refund you. If you are determined to get one of our merch items outside of the US, send us a message first and we may be able to work something out with you. Just beware shipping rates may be high.

Return Policy

Returns/ exchanges for shirts, hoodies, CDs, tapes, vinyl accepted if placed within 14 days of delivery. You will be refunded once we receive the returned item(s) back in the original condition they were shipped in. You pay for the return shipping.

If your ordered item(s) arrived damaged, send us a message within 14 days of delivery and we will ship you a replacement or refund you (depending on which you prefer/ whether or not we still have that item in stock).

You may return/ exchange items in person at one of our concerts!
